TURQUESE elegant water wear™ currently ships to both U.S. and international addresses from our New Jersey warehouse location. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow one to two business days for your order to be processed as well as the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight, International). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day as the order was placed. All customs & duty fees, as well any local taxes due, are the customer's sole responsibility.

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email we will provide you with a FedEx tracking number.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags attached within 15 days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Sale items are final sale and non refundable. Please use the preprinted shipping label that is included in your box and make sure to include the original invoice with your return. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense, even during free shipping promotional events.
Please allow 2 weeks from the time you send us your return for it to be processed. If all conditions listed above are met, we will issue you a credit for the full amount of the merchandise returned and notify you via email once the process is complete. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.
If instead you would like to make an exchange for another style or size, we suggest that you place another order immediately to insure the style and size you want is available. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
